    Zahra Fiyouzisabah's MSc thesis is now avaiable on Papyrus, titled "Rapid prototyping for systematic reuse in compartmental models": https://umontreal.scholaris.ca/items/b3d448cf-3631-4f25-8978-54c9727e60b2Zahra created "Remedi", a pipeline architecture for taking a corpus of compartmental models, finding in it reusable bits and proposing new model prototypes that recombine them. She looked into implementing this algorithmically and using LLMs.
